Dr Gérard SORBA

Founder and Chairman

Gérard Sorba is a French general practitioner and a recognized entrepreneur in the field of clinical research. In 1996, he founded CLINACT, a contract research organization (CRO) specializing in clinical operations. He went on to create and develop several other companies, including FORMATIS in 1997, a training center specialized in clinical research, TempoPHARMA in 2001, a consulting company, and Clinfile in 2010, dedicated to the development of digital applications for clinical study management. In 2014, these entities were combined under the name MultiHealth Group, offering a comprehensive range of services in the healthcare sector. In 2016, it acquired Statitec, a company specialized in data analysis, which became part of MultiHealth.

Valérie HERVE

TempoPHARMA Business Director

Valérie joined TempoPHARMA in June 2021 to manage its operational activities. She is in charge of the company's business development and participates in monitoring recruitment within the MultiHealth Group.
After starting her career as an ARC Moniteur with CROs and then veterinary laboratories over 25 years ago, Valérie moved on to project and resource management functions. For nearly 15 years, she has been offering support and outsourcing solutions tailored to the needs and business challenges of Life Science customers.

Delphine DUBOIS

Director of Clinical Operations

Delphine joined the MultiHealth Group in March 2021 to take charge of clinical, vigilance, regulatory and scientific writing activities for clinical studies within Clinact, the Group's CRO. Previously, she held various positions as CRO Real Word Evidence Manager (KEYRUS BIOPHARMA, UMANIS), Project Manager and then CRO Manager for TAKEDA. Delphine is now returning to her roots, having started her career in 1997 as an ARC trainee at Clinact, then as a Clinical Research Associate.

MultiHealth Group is a service provider grouping together several entities(Clinact, Clinfile, Statitec, TempoPHARMA, FORMATIS) specialized in the clinical development and real-life monitoring of healthcare products at national and international level.
Our activities are built around the following pillars of expertise:

- Project management: project conception/design, clinical and regulatory operations, biometrics, medical writing and vigilance (clinical studies and post-marketing)
- Digital: development of digital solutions (CTMS, eTMF, eCRF with eCRF generator, ePRO, rSDV platform),
- Outsourcing: provision of resources (one-off services or platforms/FSPs),
- Training Academy: center of excellence for skills development.

This range of services supports public and private organizations in interventional, early access, compassionate and non-interventional projects, as well as decentralized trials.

Through an integrated approach, we support professionals and companies in the sector in optimizing their clinical studies, developing skills and technological innovation.

30 years ago, Dr Gérard SORBA, Founder and Chairman of the MultiHealth Group, set out to provide a global, innovative response to the growing needs of clinical research. With his entrepreneurial spirit and drive for innovation, Gérard SORBA grew the Group and developed its activities to offer a range of complementary solutions.
Since its creation, the Group has established itself as a key player in clinical research by combining several complementary areas of expertise.
Today, we are proud to actively contribute to the development of research and to offer innovative and virtuous practices.
